Return Policy

If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Provided you comply with the terms below, the full price of the goods will be refunded to you.

If the product is faulty (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described), you can return it within 30 days (longer periods may apply in some circumstances under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and the price paid and the basic delivery charge will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Other than in the case of faulty products, we will only accept the return of unopened/unused products.



When returning an item – whether you don’t want it anymore, it was a mistake, or it’s faulty – you should get in touch via the Contact form, making sure to include your order number and the reason(s) why you are requesting a refund in your message. To help process your request quickly, please include as much information about the reason for your return as possible.

You will then receive an email from us either asking for more information about your return or with a link to our small returns form attached. When you should fill this in to fill out and so you have all the information to make your return.

Please note that any replies to refund request emails can not be considered unless:

- the email is sent from the email linked to the email that placed the order and requested the refund; or
- the order number is included in the subject/content of the email.
